sarjo
Help, I am hoping to become a Supra owner and am going to look at a car this weekend. Its a t/turbo auto box j-spec. 1994 with 62,000 on the clock. Nice veilside kit, good looking bodywork and interior. 8K (with receipts) spent on engine/engine management and rolling road tested at 500bhp but not sure if thats at crank or wheels? Cambelt was changed 500 miles ago. Has any one got any advice on what I should look for or questions to ask?
Pete
Who did the work? Can you see the Dyno chart? Does it have regular service records? Nice to see a cam belt change, but you need to be sure that it's been looked after previously. Is there any Jap or UK paperwork to backup the mileage (the km bit before conversion)

sarjo
Pete Thanks for the reply. Dyno report is available, and work carried out at variously places, the most common being TDi Essex i think. Yep to regular service, not sure about mileage verification.
