terribleturner
Really? I was sure that somebody had said all it needs is the UK manifold and downpipe as well? yeah but the question was can you just swop them over. No you can't, but you can if you have the UK manifold as well.
Bob
Phew! Only asking 'cos I've got a set here complete with downpipe and manifold which I was thinking of throwing on mine, mainly cos I've got a sneaky feeling my oil seals will shortly be getting their last rites

eyefi
if one wishes to replace jspec turbos with UKs Sacrilege
RedM
Why? I would have thought the steel internals and the higher top end output while not so quick to spool would be ideal in a future BPU car.
eyefi
it's a myth that the jap turbos are weak, much better equipment if you ask me. overspin, overheat or have an impact on the blades it will result in the same outcome on both turbos, but with the jspec you have more torque earlier. if all you want is a bit more top end then you may gain a little but i think it's just not worth it. RedM
But you still need that 1.2 bar restrictor though, right?
