lockys96
i seem to be able to drive on the clutch with no gas, i mean slowly, like get a biting point, i.e pulling away in 1st up hills i can hold the car on the clutch, i have no poblems with slipping clutch and no rev spikes what so ever, is this something to do with the stock 6speed LSD? or could there be something else. Scoboblio
i seem to be able to drive on the clutch with no gas, The last few cars I've had can do this too, probably due to the engine management or something, keeping the engine ticking over smoothly. Whitesupraboy2
i thought cars were meant to be able to do this. You should be able to pull away with any car with no rev's if you find biting point and slowly letting it out. I have with every car ive ever owned
lockys96
well, i never did it on my saxo, glanza, charade. im sure its the stock LSD, u used to hear people say its hard for town driving with a LSD. i just put it in reverse and backup my driveway with no revs, lol

Homer
well, i never did it on my saxo, glanza, charade. Thats because those cars you mention didn't have the torque to pull the car at tickover speed - the supra does. If you get into other high power cars you will find they will all do the same.
