Jonny5
Hi, (beware newby owner lol:drown: ) I've noticed on my Uk soup that the pipes going to the EGR VSV are just linked together. I presume there was or is a problem with the system somewhere. Now i've done a search and the general opinion i've read is to ditch the system, which I think I will do. If so do I leave the vacuum pipes linked together or do I simply blank the ends off...Thanx in advance cheers Jon..
Chris Wilson
Blank them off and fit plates over the gas apertures, removing the whole mess in its entireity. I have blanking plates in stock, e-mail (NOT PM) for a price if you want some.
Alex
If it's working fine then leave it alone - it switches off when you need full power. If it's not working then yeah you might as well block it off.
