I went last year and mine was around 106db last time it was checked, I spent most of the day hacking around making loads of noise and no one seemed to be to bothered until more or less the end of the day when the geezer in the control tower told the marshall's to get me off!

Is yours proper loud Paul?, Mind you 11 db is a lot over!

We could have probs here. We got 104.8 DB at Elvo with a 105 DB limit on the Supra last time, and that was with the baffle in the HKS Racing Ti!

Gaz.

FYI Gaz I found a 4" oval silincer which is only 4.5" high 12" long. I am gonna put one in the midpipe, but let me know if you need one

I've just booked a place - and couldn't help but notice that no-one has, of yet, paid up! Am I missing something by sending the cash now??

That's our lazy admin not bothering to update the list, will get onto him this weekend:stickpoke

I think that depends how you measured it. Usualy 3/4 max RPM, 1 metre from exhaust tip at a 45 degree angle

terry,

yeah it was measured by the company who fitted my exhaust AAS in Newcastle, he is making me a baffle to quiet it down a touch !!

:flasher: (ps I love these new smilies):sos: :flasher:

Some news just in today, the 1/4 mile is now been run by Straightliner's the people who run TOTB so all time's from this event are valid for TOTBV qualification so this must be the cheapest event that the times are valid for TOTBV :D

Format for the 1/4 mile is 10am to 4pm with a shootout starting at 4pm between the 4 fastest car's in each class, the classes are-

Prolex UK Fastest Lexus

Prolex UK Fastest N/A Lexus

Prolex UK Fastest FWD Toyota

Prolex UK Fastest RWD Toyota

Prolex UK Fastest 4WD Toyota

Prolex UK Special Prize For The Slowest Car Of The Day

Each class shootout is 1st v 3th & 2nd v 4rd & the winner of each heat is in the final of each class.

Big thank's from Dave from Prolex for his involvement with this event from the start :) This as you will guess i'll copy and paste to each of the 6 Toyota clubs attending except GT4OC as they have gone into hiding with their forum but hopefully this will be the biggest Toyota Club turnout of the year :search:
