JonW
Where is this cable and how would one adjust it........just in case I need to
JohnA
Actually this is basic thing to check on any (petrol) car. Turbo or non-turbo. Pull off the hose before the throttle and verify that full throttle on the pedal really does mean full throttle position of the throttle flap. On older cars you may find that the cable has stretched and you only get 80-90% opening at full blast.

Guest chiefvinso
Its running in line with the engine block at the top - the wire looks like a mountain bike cable. If you blip your accellerator with the hood up or ask some else to do it you can see the moving part. Dont have a pic and its too dark right now. Guest Multijfj
i just decided to have a look under the bonnet, and my cable was VERY loose. decided to make it as tight as possible without it pulling the cable, and fuck me it makes a huge difference. throttle is instant responsive now its absolutly amazing. total different car tbh
Seb
My cable on the Aristo seems loose, but I'm not really sure how to go about adjusting it - what do I need to do?
Scoboblio
I've got a small amount of slack on mine, but I'm tempted to leave it there until the weather improves!
