Two questions about cheese (yes, CHEESE)

1) Having just this second seen an advert for it on telly it's reminded me to ask what on God's earth are CheeseStrings made of? Is that actually cheese? That's gotta be borderline trade descriptions act.

2) Stuffed crust pizzas. That just cannot be cheese that they stuff the crusts with, it's more like some kind of yellow polymer. Again, does it technically qualify as cheese?

Naturally I turned to the Supra forum to answer these questions on modern life that have perplexed me.

This is actually mozarella cheese, it is very stringy naturally, it also absorbs some of the moisture from the dough of the base to give it that 'heavy' kind of feeling. So yeah this qualifies as cheese my friend. As for cheese strings, yeah that's also natural, in fact they actually grow like that..... on trees..... in threes..... in their packets......in supermarket car parks.......I'll get me coat! :taped:
