Blue N/A for sale on autotrader

Hi, was wondering what you guys think about this. Had a brief chat with the bloke selling and was gonna have a look at it tomorrow. Its been in the UK since '98 so has history from then. N reg '96 facelift, 49k, £6495. Any advice?

well, it's got a strut brace on it, and that's an aftermarket steering wheel, so I would say it's not as stock as I personally would look for... it's been 'fiddled with' lets say.... :p

 

I would recommend getting a list of the mods, work done, where at etc. ;)

Personally I wouldn't get a car that's been modified engine wise /gearbox etc , but it could well have been done properly.

 

It looks very nice though!

 

It may not have been... could all be cosmetic..but worth asking the question..

Now I've been following this car for a little while, It's been on this website before as it was on ebay, the seller claimed it was professionally tuned to 300bhp or something silly like that, even though it's nice(rsp and all) I'd be quite weary of it.
