Any professional involved in problem solving/troubleshooting will not say 100% for definite that they know what the problem is until they have actually fixed it and it's stayed fixed for some time :)

Let us know what it eventually turns out to be.

I totally agree, leon has always sorted things by doing the obvious first then working down the chain. Just thought id run this by you guys, apart from anything else it helps me to understand a bit more.

Hello lads, Here's my 2p's worth. I found another pipe shorted together at the front of the engine. It might be worth checking if that one has been done. Once i replaced the 2 pipes back to stock setup the actuator arm moved in and out when reving the engine. It does'nt move much and im not sure if it is supposed to move much, this is another thing im trying to find out about my issue. Anyway good luck. If you do find out anything could you mail me with your findings so i may compare to what i have so i can sort it back to normal.

Cheers

Chris.

If only that was true.....I have problems still with my first turbo though its standard not hybrid but experiencing lack of boost at around 2500 revs....and I was given the green light and told everything was A1.

good luck with getting it sorted.
