Yes obviously, but I hear so many people say "I'm not racist, but...." that when I heard that girl shout, then say "I'm not racist" my immediate thought is that the desire to shout "Nigger" must have come from somewhere. More likely it's because they know what words are taboo in any situation but cannot prevent themselves from saying them. Hence, the apologies after many outbursts. I agree with Redm on this, they don’t shout out normal words because there is no taboo around these words. The condition isn’t funny its very serious and I feel very sorry for people that have it but sadly a program like that I'm afraid to say I found very entertaining.
