I was under the impression a Supe would use more as it's so much bigger. I guess it depends on the paint then yeah? What colour base is that dude , either 2 litres (or 3) of base and 3 litres of topcoat , this will give some left over for any attempted blow ins and it will be the same batch number . Colour for the base is Paul E's favourite : Transit Van White According to their web site : Rage Extreme Shock Waves™ colours display a unique two colour display that varies with different viewing angles, these effects are best over a white ground coat but can also be used over different colour ground coats to create totally different colour effects making the production of extreme custom effects possible. The car is your fave colour, red at the moment. I reckon it would probably look shit with a red base though.

Lets break it down a bit for mine if nobody else's benefit. You say 1500 quid, plus materials, I can't see a car taking more than a week from start to finish, so that means that 1500 quid is pure profit? I'd like to earn 1500 quid a week. Please forgive my ignorance but I don't really know what it is that you are going to go for this 1500 quid. Is it a simple key up and blow over or what? All I saw was 1500 quid and perhaps its just my ignorance but that was a bit shocking, I took my cosworth to a paint shop a couple of years ago, a reputable place, VBRA accredited, and they wanted a grand to do a full respray (same colour mind) all in. That was in 2 pack, and baked, not just air dry. Thats what I was basing my thoughts around, perhaps you could elaborate on what it is you will do for 1500 quid (is this for flip paint? would it be less for a solid colour??) Guest Terry S
Ah, come on dude, you told me mates rate was £200 inc. removing all the glass. Seriously guys never underestimate the amount of work involved colour changing a Supra, in fact never underestimate anything cost wise on a Supra. NOOOOOOO its a mac tools one , i suppose 1500 does look like a lot of money but if you compare it to other types of work on cars like this it really isnt , then of course you have to bear in minbd that by its nature paint doesnt allways go according to plan so you can end up with a LOOOt of work.
