ManwithSupra
Now i know you lot are going to say best get a seperate company to do this, but is there any Turbo recon kits availble for the standard J-spec turbos, but have steel blades instead of ceramic ones. I am mechanicly minded (done alot of mechanics in the past) and feel that if there is a kit to give it a try on a spare i have and see how difficult it is. Obviously if there is a kit and i can do it i will post a very detailed "How to" for anyone willing to try it themselves.

Homer
Even if you did (or could) why would you want to replace the ceramic blades with metal ones? They will not spool as fast and therefore not really be in line with the lower lift jap cams which give more torque at lower rpm. If you were to up the boost then then the jap cams will be beyond their best and the injectors won't be able to supply the needed fuel. If you want to make a difference past "BPU" save £4k min for a single (I am )
