far
OK RLTC all installed and ready and calibrated,Im picking up the car in a few hours (hooray ! ) Problem is : I have been playing with Graham Ruds app and when you go to the "wheel speed sensor" tab then "Diameter driven" and click on the "rolling diameter calculator" it says : width 160 aspect 30 Rim 12 Even though the pulses etc have been updated On the instructions it says that the "rolling diameter calculator" always changes to default 12" - question is do I need to put my tyre /rim sizes in before I upload the details to the unit ? or would Termy have already done this and its changed back to default but kept the tyre sizes ? Just a bit confused. I have attached an image of what it is saying Im probably talking crap and getting worried for no reason again as I trust Phil would have sent me the correct .dat file I just want to make sure I understand this part of the process correctly Oh btw - if you hit f11 on the image it should allow you to see the digits a bit clearer
Chase
I would'nt worry about it far. I noticed the same thing when I changed mine. I think it's because it's a one-way calculation. You set the wheel/tyre parameters and they are used to produce the units, then when you click on the calculator again, it just defaults back to the minimum settings as it can't work out what parameters you previously chose from the units. Is this clear or not, bit hard to explain Easiest way to check, is to select a different size, then change it back to the correct size, then select the same size again. If it changes the first time and not the second, you are OK. Did make me wonder though, why the reference units is bigger than the driven units when I did mine, but yours is the same. End of the day, I've had no problems so you should be OK. Cheers PS translations available by request
