Ibrar Jabbar
Any recommendations on what size wastegate and injectors I should be using with my BL67 Turbo?
Alex
HKS 50mm WG - it's what they supply usually and it works fine PE 650cc's on a Jspec with no Resistor pack + Aeromotive FPR incase you need to tweak the fuel pressure a notch. RC Engineering 720's on a UK spec or jspec with resistor pack.

Alex
I was hoping you would reply Alex, thanks mate.........time to go shopping. No probs mate. What boost you going to run? I'd say the 650's are limited to 1.4-5bar....on stock rail pressures.
Ian C
Good chap, can't beat a T67 650's will run about 90% duty at 1.4bar, with a static rail pressure of 38psi. 720's are running 81% around there. I'd go with the HKS wastegate too, the smaller ones have trouble with turbos this big, according to Terry -Ian
Ibrar Jabbar
Nothing over 1.4 bar really, what safe boost can I run with 550cc UK injectors? or should I sell them inc resistor pack and buy the 650's?
Ibrar Jabbar
Ian I will seeing you when it comes to mapping the Emanage , should I go with the blue or Ultimate? Sell the 550's and get 720's - this will match Ian's setup and make mapping time very much shorter Is it a UK spec? If it is are you looking to remove the MAF sensor? Ibrar Jabbar
Nah, it's an import 6 speed manual, short block is from a UK spec, but I don't think that makes any difference.
Ian C
Ian I will seeing you when it comes to mapping the Emanage , should I go with the blue or Ultimate? I now have the Ultimate running my car And I'm starting to dig away at it's extra features too. Both will run the car, depends on how much you want to spend, the Ultimate looks like it's going to be worth the extra cash. 550's will be too small to enjoy I think. -Ian
Ibrar Jabbar
Thanks for all the advice, Ultimate it is then.
