Matt Harwood
I'm posting this in here as I think it may get overlooked in the wanted section - Mods, feel free to move if required. The component I'm trying to find is made by NEC, the component number is UPA1556AH. I've done a search on the net and found its description as a "Switching power MOSFET array".... But as yet, haven't found where to get one from... I've tried RS and Farnell, but I may have missed it. Anyone help please?
mawby
Don't know if these are any use, but the parts are listed on the following sites, just enter UPA1556AH into the search boxes on the form... www.usbid.com eng.semigate.com
