Guest Multijfj
My speedo has been converted to mph supposedly, but it was done before i bought the car, it jumps a lot, when its idleing it jumps from like 0-20 mph sumtimes, and when i put my foot down it jumps str8 to 180 mph etc., when i dont have my foot on the gas, it goes back to where the needle should be, but soon as i acclerate, it jumps! Any idea how i can fix this or what parts i need? I have more problems i think, i just cant remember them so expect more lol, J-spec car btw, auto twin turbo, cheers, Eddie
Timwildman
People have had this problem before, usually from a cheap speedo conversion. search for, or look at Thor's webs site they do a very good converter.
Chris Wilson
Yes, Thor convertor, properly fitted is bullet proof. A bodged / bad convertor can have unexpected and nasty side effects, so get it sorted ASAP.

Chris Wilson
I can fit it, I am in Whitchurch though, about 1.75 hours, maybe less on a good day. I can give it a general health check too, if you like. 07971-952084
