Guest chiefvinso
Why would it be illegal? Unless they are fake, but it looks like a genuine collectors thingy to me.
toyotasuprauk
I cant see it being illegal else cash machines that charge you for taking your money would be illegal too. I think its really quite funny. I'm thinking maybe someone from abroad 'might' want them??? But most of his notes are collectors.
tbourner
It's not illegal, a bank note is only an IOU from the queen (bank of England) anyway! I don't see the problem, he's been on there for a while and has good feedback from a lot of sales, and he hasn't been arrested yet, he's just selling to people that are obviously willing to buy. There's probably a post on the note collectors forum with a link to a modded Supra, saying "Who the hell would pay that for basic transportation!". Maybe I could sell an old fiver for £3, but charge £10 postage and just send it in a envelope! Wonder if anyone would fall for it!
stav
i just thought there might be some legality over selling currency for more than its worth! lol but what the hell, think i might try and aquire some of these notes myself and start selling! any buyers???
