dilocruzy
Hi there, My foglamp (aftermarket penny sized button) has not worked for a while, so today i decided to try and sort it out. Bulb was fine, so were all fuses, so I opened the pannel to find that only one of the three leeds to the foglamp button was connected so I though that it would just be a case of connecting the other two and problem sorted! what a mistake! i must have inverted the +- leads of the connection (I know feking idiot)... I lost both my dash lights and indicator/hazzard lights! The dash lights were easy to sort, new fuse and working fine, but the indicator hasent worked since, tried replacing the fuses (in car and engine bay ones) but no luck. Strangely enough, when I switch on/off the alarm, all indicator lights flash as usual! Any other ideas on what could be going wrong? Many thanks! absz
check to see if the wiring plug to the hazard switch is still connected as that will stop the indicators and hazards from working.
TrickTT
possibly blown the flasher relay. the alarm flashes them itself so doesn't use the stock flasher unit. not sure where it is on a sup but if theres anyone local to you try swapping it to find out. they shouldn't be too dear to replace
