I rember years and years ago my sister put all her money in a hiding space that she recived for christmas. Well over £100, but unfortunatly the hiding space was a used envelope which got picked up with all the rubbish and thrown out with all the wrapping paper. Took my dad ages to go through all the bin bags to find it. And to be honest i can't remember if he actually found it or not :(

ahhhh sorry to hear that fella.

You guys are scaring me now, I have a 160gb drive that's nearly 1/2 full with music - all backed up from my CDs of course! too much to put on DVDs really, maybe I should invest in a backup drive. At least it's in a stand alone caddy, it's not the main drive for a pc...

Speaking of hard drives and hard drive failure my girlfriends ipod gave up the ghost the other day, reporting hard drive failure with the :( face on startup. It was just out of warrantee by a couple of days - typical! We could hear the drive starting to spin up and then shut down. After discovering the shocking price Apple want to service it (nearly as much as it's worth!) she searched around and read that some people had discovered theirs started working again after banging it. She tried it and it started working lol. Not sure if it was a bad connection or the drive mechanics were jammed but who'd have thought a technique normally applied to old TV's would work on state of the art technology lol.
