tDR Posted December 19, 2005 Share Posted December 19, 2005 I think these results are very subjective and should be taken with a pinch of salt, especially as the tests were not done with a Supra and there were no mentions of ECU resets / drained tanks etc etc as mentioned by Ian. For me, BP Ultimate in my Supe made the car feel slower in comparison with Optimax. I would make my order Tesco 99RON 1st (purely from a bang per buck perspective) followed by old trusty Optimax. markssupra Posted December 19, 2005 Share Posted December 19, 2005 I have been using mainly Optimax over the past year and there is a definate improvement over 95RON unleaded. Occasionally I've had to use BP Ultimate and the car did not feel as quick as when I used Optimax. Now a large Tesco garage near me has 99RON available and I have noticed an improvement in response over Ultimate and Optimax. So I'll prob stick with Tesco....
