If the times all fit in perhaps I should meet with you on the A34?

F**k it, maybe even Swindon if you want?

Will have to check with my brother and a mate first re times. There's a lay-by on the A34 just north of the A420 that might suffice?

No-one else going from Swindon? Paul? Al?

I'm afraid I might have to miss out then (or catch you up! :sly: ), since I can't leave Swindon until 7.45*. Figure I won't get there until 8.15 or so (depending on what other cars I have with me). :(

* babystitter dependent, not flexible I'm afraid.

I'm hoping we'll get there by 9ish. Sign-up for runs starts at 9.30 (prepare for a long queue) and runs start at 10, unless there's any overnight moisture they still haven't cleared. Might be a long queue to get in though (especially if the ticketing cock-up means everyone will be collecting theirs on the gate).

Mawby / Jive, are you still going up on Saturday afternoon ?

If so, we would like to tag on to your tails on the way up.

We could meet you on the A34 Newbury near the J13 of the M4.

Think there may be a services just off the A34 south of the junction.

Would be good to convoy (if you don't mind us oldies) and we could play with our new two-ways !

Were staying east Northamptonish so would split up there and see you Sunday for some fun and new exhaust exploration.

Cheers

Gerry

PS flexible on time if you could give us an idea.

I've got some serious car cleaning to do so I wasn't intending to leave before 1 anyway. 2 o'clock should be fine... even better if we can be on the M3 around 2 as I want to make the most of the hotels facilities when we get there.

millhouse, I was thinking the same thing earlier this evening [or last night as it's now 00.12] if we all met there at say 2.00pm that would be great.

I too will have some serious cleaning to do in the morning, will hopefully start about 9.30, haircut at 11.00, pack bags and pickup other half and get there for 2.00 = piece of cake :)

Winnal Shell Garage - 2.00pm Saturday

Oh go on then put me in for the last slot of the day 16:15.

I could do with having a baseline so I know exactly what all the modifying is going to give me.
