ADD
right where do i start, when i accelerate from standing start through 1st gear, 1st and 2nd turbo seem ok (1st is at .8bar and 2nd at 1 bar), but if i drop down a gear the 1st turbo doesn't respond (.3 bar max) untill the 2nd kicks in and then i pulls quit hard (.9 bar). it just wont respond well at all, even when i'm blatting through the gears, when the car changes down to low revs it hesitates massivly. now tonight on my way home from work, when the 1st turbo is in action i can here an air noise along with the normal wistling. hardly any power at all. :(
supRo
Sounds like you will have to go have everything checked Start with hoses/Boost pipes VSV's Boost Pressure tank Damaged intercooler Iffy Turbos How long have you been BPU?
ADD
only a week, the air leak has been there ever since i went bpu but not before! i have never not enjoyed driving the car but i do now!
supRo
Don't mean to insult you but you have checked all intercooler pipes incase the extra boost has made them loose? Have you re-set the ECU? You are using Super unleaded? Going BPU can cause Boost pressure tank issues leaks/existing leaks to worsten.
supRo
I feel for you mate, I had similar issues when I went BPU, hence being enthusiastic to help! Hope it gets sorted Ro
