edd_t
Has anyone read this weeks Nuts magazine? its got a small feature on Norwich Unions new pay as you drive insurance. they install a little box that tracks you, and tells them how far you drive, (also usefull if the car gets stollen) you get 100 miles free a month (woohoo). it doesnt mention anything about how much per mile it will cost though. anyone know any more info? edd_t
Haha, ive just tried for a quote and this is what they say... Looking at your driving profile "Pay As You Drive"™ insurance may not suit you due to your estimated night time mileage.
Rayman
I read somewhere that these black boxes they install will be able to retect your speed. So saying you have an accident and you where speeding they can prove it and therefore not pay out. Thats what i read anyway, just a thought, i dont like the sound of it! Pete
Oh well... I was thinking great for the kit car, but then I'll never get it cheaper than 130 quid a year anyway. Dear Peter Sorry but... "Pay As You Drive"™ insurance is currently not available to customers outside the 18-25 age range
