Suprash
You may have to wait a while there arent to many about. You also need to see a stock VVTi dyno against a stock JDM car, on the same dyno, same day etc if you are to draw any meaningful conclusions. I have driven both, as have others and their is a difference as stated previously, but not sure you will ever agree. Nice Ash, trouble with mods is that there are too many factors that blur the lines.. Im still waiting to see a stock dyno sheet, that would be better to compare with. Come on then you two, sat around here all day, you should have had this organised by now, start a thread get 3 cars and we're there..... Aerotop Dave
Erm US Spec 6 Speed aeros exist! Well I assumed as the chappie is in the UK that he wants a RHD version, unless he's going to import one from US. (or Europe? I guess since they had manual Aerotops over there that again a 6 speed Aerotop exists on the continent)

Alex
Sadly (happily) mines decatted with 'zorst so no point asking me. The only VVTi's I know are modded.... Ewen's maybe? But don't we need all manuals too so transmission losses arn't an issue either?

Faye
We've got 2, a stock UK6, JDM auto, just need the VVTi volunteer now Can I suggest we have an NA as well? The question about how a decat will affect an NA is often coming up.

TT's Only Only kidding, yep a dyno of a decatted and non decatted NA would be good....just make sure they have the same gearbox
Guest Terry S
yeah all the same tranny type etc
Bobbeh
Forget NAs for now, Im confident that the VVti NA makes more of a difference than the standard block. You're not rubbing my nose in it, I could have bought a VVti if I wanted one! Alex, yes all same transmission would be useful for comparrison sakes. Bully for you, but seeing as we have only possibly one VVTi NA on the board I don't really give two hoots about the difference between the two, but I'm an interested in the effects of the relatively common NA mods. MrAngry
I am not 100% sure but I think Markrh's car is VVti and at the moment is completely stock.
