ChrisSZ
Anyone go any thought/opinions on the PIAA bulbs then? Considering ordering some but at £70 a pair I would like to know if it's worth it first:idea:

ChrisSZ
Just bunged a set of the PIAA Xtreme bulbs in mine (dips only at the moment) and feck me what a difference!! So much better and give a lovely white (instead of yellow) glow to boot. Gonna do my sidelights, fogs and main beams in the near future:respekt:

ChrisSZ
Just done all my front lights with PIAA Xtreme White bulbs and what a difference:respekt: Used the Tera L.E.D. sidelights - they are now white instead of yellow, did the fogs, dip and main. The whole lot looks super clean, clear and bright. Lights now look much more up-to-date and best of all ..................I can SEE at last:p

supRo
I have PIAA bulbs too, some members have thought that I have HIDs! They were in when I bought ther car, Have done 19,000 miles with the lights on (I like to make myself visible!) and they still work!
ChrisSZ
how embarrasing!! I thought my new PIAA bulbs looked nice and much brighter than the standard ones but didn't seem much different on the road?? Kept winding them up a little with no improvements. Then, on my way home from work this evening I noticed that the majority of the light seemed to be up in the trees ahead. Wound the adjuster back down (quite a way) and the difference is remarkable:rlol: Next bit though - how do I adjust them sideways?? (I promise I wont wind them out to the sides:eyebrows: )
hadyn
Do you need H4 for j-spec lights?
Nic
Do you need H4 for j-spec lights? H4's for the front fog lights. Use 9005's (HB3) for high and low beams on the J-spec headlights, see full explanation HERE
