Robert
seems he has kept driving the car and a now his local garage said he needs a new engine as he has no compression in cyclinder 5 and turbos have both gone. I cant be asked to keep telling him what to do so he is breaking it.

Robert
PM me an offer and i'll pass it on. its a auto TT 93 j-spec with 30,000 KM on the clock.
JohnA
that's 20K miles, so the interior must be like new. It should fetch quite a bit as parts, even the peripheral engine parts would be in excellent conditions, wouldn't they?
Robert
yeah the interior is like new except the steering wheel and auto gear shifter look like the ones in my 100k mile Uk spec. The body does look new though and the underneath is spotless. I give up with him and his cars just thought i could grab a few bits if anyone needed them.
Simon K
If this guy does indeed break this car, then I need all the interior panels around the boot area (not the hatch cover though ). Im refering to the panels covering the suspension tops, electric aerial, lock etc. Also, I need drivers door card. What colour is the car ?? If black, then I need a bonnet too. Cash waiting. Darren-K
i feel sorry for this lad, yeh agreed he messed up the look of his car,and he`s wrecked the engine now, but in his favour - he was probably very proud of his car,ive met people who had a slight dissillusional look on life and they were very happy., he has probably if anything had bad advice right from the start and right from the start was on a small budget, i feel sorry for him and wouldnt wish a blown up engine even on the worst of chavsters
