Original M3, LHD only.

Practical moment alert : Just imagine leaving a multi-storey car park, you'll be the only person getting out, walking round the car, putting your ticket in, jog back to the wrong side of the car, get in and drive off before the barrier comes down (but not before the cars behind have a bit of a chucke :D )

I personally wouldn't put it in the same league as a supe, hope I don't offend anyone by saying that :hide:

Totally different cars! The Supra is far far quicker, and far far more tuneable, but then not as fun to drive, or handle as well. I can just imagine getting bored of the Supe experience fairly quickly, whereas with the M3 its a true drivers car. At the end of the day, i will be able to sell it on in 6months time if i go off it for near enough what i pay for it.

As for the carparks, i'll just reverse in :nyah:

lol, no chance!!

My 2nd car (to the Supra) used to be a mint E30 325i sport with the full M package (M gearbox, diff, suspension, everything except the engine!). It was a great little car to drive but it has no where near the grip or cornering abilty of the supra.

I've not driven one personally so I can't comment on how much of a drivers car they are. I do know my old lancia integrale was all over my friends one of these (down twisty roads as well as on straights) to the point it looked a bit silly, yet that car wouldn't even sniff at the rear of my supe...

Doesnt compare to the M3, its a homologation model for DTM and is credited as the most successfull touring car ever. Very different chassis to the other E30's.

I knew i would get slated this being a Supra forum, but some of you need to get off your high horse ;) I dont expect it to compete with a Supra in terms of speed or tuneability, at the end of the day a standard TT has a 1/3 more power than the BMW!.
