ChrisSZ
Ok, I know this is probably going to seem like a dumb question (be gentle with me please) but .................... how do I change my headlamp bulbs?? I plan on fitting some PIAA bulbs but I don't know how to get them out/in. I did manage to adjust them by raising the lavel a bit which has improved things a fair bit but I'm still not happy with the output of them (my GT4 had a Raybrig setup which was excellent) Thanks for the patience:respekt:

ChrisSZ
LOL @ stealthhosts - do I need to remove the air filter box and stuff, should I get next door's little lad to do it or will my big, clumsy hands actually fit in there?? Doesn't seem to be enough room???
Pete
You can take the lid off the air box - that helps.
MKIVDreamer
FWIW: I found it easier to unplug the bulb assembly from the loom before performing the twist'n'pull procedure I don't have the stock air box (I know, I know...) so it was easy access for me on the drivers side headlamp, worth unbolting the battery clamps/removing the battery to get some more room to work behind the passenger side headlamp. PITA for sure, but saves time in the long run. While I'm here I may as well hijack the thread ... Anyone got experience of raising/lowering the beam on a jspec? Mine appear to be quite high - is it just a case of adjusting the tightness of the headlamp bolts or is there a more technical way?
TrickTT
I always find it easier to remove the whole light than get the bulbs out with the light in situ While I'm here I may as well hijack the thread ... Mine appear to be quite high - is it just a case of adjusting the tightness of the headlamp bolts or is there a more technical way? there are four bolts sticking out the back of the light unit, two for fog and two for dipped beam. one is left/right, the other is up/down. turn them until the beam is in the right place. best line it up on a wall or garage door if you dont have access to a beam allignment tool. I adjusted mine up (JDM) using an 8mm ratchet spanner on the adjuster nut - easy-peasy:yes:
