Hi people,

Just picked up a 1994 jap auto supra, and have to say I love it, previously had a 340hp gt-four, and the supra, even being an n/a feels excellent on the road!

I just have a couple of questions, 1st, my speedo reads in miles (180) and kph (300) but the odometer is ticking over in k's, what are my options for speed de-limiting?

I see Thor have a nice unit but id prefer to keep the mileage ticking over in k's rather than have them converted to miles.

Is there anything available that literally just does the speed de-limit and nothing else?

2nd, how can i clear up my (misted) headlights, I think this is a common problem on the mkiv..

I've tried using the search but my computer just does not want to do anything.

TIA

Dave

Hi and welcome.

Another Norwich person eh?

I belive the thor jobbies also has a 1:1 output, so i guess that could be used for the ODO - put personally i'd convert it to Miles.

I'm sure someone with a bit more knowledge will be along soon

Cheers Si,

I wouldnt mind the odo really, I just dont like having a mix of k's and miles showing, nicer to keep one or t'other.

Another thing you may be able to help with after looking at the link on your message,

3 of the bulbs on my air controls arent lighting up, are these simple to replace with new bulbs or is a new unit required.

Thanks again

bulbs are quite easy to replace - just involves taking the aircon unit appart (which is quite easy!).

I also organise a local East Anglia Meet once a month, the next one will probably in Febuary - just incase your intersted ;)
