Was there no CCTV?

Sorry to see that, I'd be well peeved off. Most likely the idiot who did it didnt have insurance, or is just a tw*t (and one who cant drive at that!).

Last night I had a basketball game in Stalybridge, left my other car (Seat Alhambra) on the leisure sites car park and came back to find some tossers had been throwing bricks @ cars and put one of my windows in and left a nice dent in the body work also.

speeking of which i saw a woman reverse into a merc in tescos car park the other day, just as she was about to fuck off i jumped infront of her car. Bitch was gonna sod off, she denied hitting the car until i pointed out the damage to the merc. i waited around with her for a good 15 mins until the owner reterned explaining to them how the woman was going to fuck off, he was not best pleased :)

oh mate that's really aweful, the f*ckers! Carparks are a nightmare, I dread leaving my car in any. Hope it's not too expensive to get fixed.

I saw a woman in an MPV try to park a while back in a supermarket carpark, she completely got the line wrong and smashed another MPV up, the thing is, she then reversed out and went and parked up the other end of the carpark and walked off like nothing happened! We left a note on the smashed vehical, if only someone had seen it and done the same for you :(

As I understand the law, (and I please tell me if I'm wrong) although they will contest it, you should be able to claim off of Tesco's insurance as long as you reported it straight away.

Basically by letting you use the car park they have a duty of care. See where I'm going with this.....

Not a nice sight to have to come back too! Some people really cant park and even if they park ok, the stuipily small parking spaces we have in this country means they just open there door and ding the car anyway!

I had my black Honda accord damaged slightly worse than that with a trolley by vandals. I got loads of quotes that ranged from £250 to £800!! I went with the £200 guy as I looked at the cars he had in and his work looked good, he was local and the price was good, luckily he did a perfect job!

Not the garage mentioned above but in Kent http://www.totalmotorcare.co.uk/ are good are good are their rates are much better than most bodyshops, at least they were a few years ago when I used them.
