Ark
53K? You're scarcely past your first tank of petrol mate...128,000 and counting!
Branners
131,000 and still running. Blew the turbos and changed the original clutch last year, changed the starter this year and apart from that nothing else has failed. I expect to keep mine for another 2 years or so and then change to a VVTi import, should be nice and cheap by then. JB

JB Should be very cheap and petrol will be very expensive! Supras are capable of loads of doing loads of miles.
supRo
My mate saw a UK spec in the midlands......300K+ mileage and it was still on the original turbos! In real good condition, 2 years ago!
toyotasuprauk
Unless they have stupid mods, there is no reason why they cant do 300K.

Branners
no need to be sad, means you can swap to a much better model without spending a fortune doing it. I bought my first mkiv for £15k, second one for £10k. I doubt I could even shift my UK spec for £5k now with its mileage and mods, gonna run it until it dies a death and then rip the bits off and put them on the next car. Im a heathen really, I plan on ripping the sequentials out of any new car I get and dropping a single straight in. I love the kick in the back the single gives, its currently no quicker than a well sorted sequential but it has so much more scope once its mapped and running 1.4bar.
