dandan Posted June 16, 2003 Share Posted June 16, 2003 eyefi, that engine is for a single seat race series car called Formula Student, anyone heard of it,check out http://www.formulastudent.com i finished my masters degree in mechanical engineering this year and am now being employed by university to build the complete modified engine for 2004 competition. eyefi Posted June 16, 2003 Share Posted June 16, 2003 my intake temps dont shift at all when i bov. i agree the air will b warmer than ambient, but the net effect is negligible at the throttle body. if u could or wanted to bov for 10 mins solid i think it would make a difference. some of the dumped air will b from inside the intercooler as well as the supply pipes to the cooler. dan, nice work if u can get it Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
