jackso11
There are 2 minor dents in the passenger side door of my car.....obviously passengers don't care as much about a car as the driver! I know people say you can push minor dents out, but how do you do this? It will obvoisly not push out and pop back into a smooth position, I was wondering if there was some kind of roller type tool to do it? Or do I really need to go to a body shop and let them work 'magic' to get rid of them. I would show you pictures but I am at work at the moment. Parksy
Get Chipsaway or dent master to sort it for you, there PDR is a lot safer bet than a do it yourself approach. Will be £95 or so a panel.
jackso11
£95 is a bit steep just for tiny dents. There seem to be a lot of gadgets on ebay from the USA for this. Looking right now while I am at work... priced at £14.99 or less. Think I may just try one out if nobody has any other ideas..
Pete
Having seen this in action on my old Corsa it's a VERY skilled job to do properly and takes about 30/40 mins per dent to do exactly.

My point Seen a guy do two pin dents on my back quater. Drilled a little hole, then used poles to ease the dents out, took him about 40 minutes or so. The only reason I would never try this myself is that if the paint is not cracked (obviously this has to be the case for PDR to work) then you run the risk of cracking the paint if done incorrectly. RICHARDA
I used Dentmagian in West Sussex and they did a fantastic job. It cost me £200 but that was for every panel. There were no large dents at all but i wanted the bodywork perfect. They finished job was great, the metal panels really looked tight over the body of the car (if that makes sense).
