This idiot is a photographer for Autocar & the like. He travels the country with his big lens camera trying to snap prototype cars out & about and at test tracks. s crane Posted October 22, 2006 Share Posted October 22, 2006 'F1' was on a company car Volvo often seen around Chelmsford, turns out it was the first number plate ever registered in Essex, and so belongs to the county council.... until they sold it. They could've at least put it on a decent performance car when they had it! F1 used to be in colchester on the councils car .
