Controlling the Active Spoiler

Ok guys...i want to be able to manually control my front spoiler so i can put it up and down at low speeds....i have looked through sum old threads particulary this onehttp://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=22357&highlight=active+spoiler

Any developments on this???
