Draining radiator

I know its simple? But what is the correct way to drain the radiator (so i can fit a polished top pipe) and then refil?

And what quantity/type if any of antifreeze is required to put back?

Please be concise as im willing to try and learn but need guidance.

Cheers for any help guys.

To answer the question undo the drain screw at the bottom with the cap off and when the water stops simply shut the drain screw then top up with anti freeze, toyota sells pre mixed stuff. run the engine and keep topping up as the bubbles come out then fit the cap properly back in place. When you have drained the radiator is a good time to give it a flush through with some clean water first
