Adam Kindness
The knocking at the front drivers wheel is now fixed, and yes it was the susp arm that had a loose bolt! The ac cable was also tightend, but a prob was found with the alloys! 1 is damaged.... so, looks like a new set maybe on the way Stereo... here a link to a pic, not very good but it will help explain things http://www.csdevelopments.com/supra/radio/1.jpg The ISO is at the bottom left of the slot... IS this the correct connection? It has pins....
Steve Cargill
Hi Adam, mine is still knocking so I'll be back out there with the torque wrench once I've got all the figures - I did some manual nipping up last week, but that didn't cure mine The cable you are looking at is the harness that goes down to the stock amp. There are hopefully two male sockets and a female lead coming out. The lead goes into to back of the stock system and the two sockets receive two cables that come from the right side of the dash. The ISO plugs into these two leads. The connectors on the left side go down to the stock amp and arn't used by an ISO connected head unit. Have a look at the link below, that may help a little, but does need updating with recent findings. http://www.cargills.demon.co.uk/supra/stereo.html
