It is on Orange network, but can be easily unlocked....it cost me quite a bit when I bought it, as I had it on pay as you go! Will be supplied with box, charger and external speaker. These are selling for quite a bit on ebay, but would rather give you guys the opportunity first. £100 + postage (about a tenner with insurance). If no interest, it's gonna end up on ebay!
