bromy
Guys, just a thought about the people who have had de-cat pipes, how is it best to store the cats when removed in terms of deterioration and performance when they are re-fitted come MOT time I.E stuff rags up each end of pipe or keep in a warm or cold enviroment ? _____________________________________ nick
mos
Not overly sure but i would have thought a bit of dessicant at each end and then a rag or similar would be fine, as long as its not a damp place or suffers massive temp changes i dont think it would be a problem
JamesG
They suffer massive temperature changes when they are on the car so I don't think that will do them any harm! Mine are in the garden shed and home to a family of spiders James.

Terminator
Just store it some where dry where it won't get damp in winter. mine are in a partially heated garage loft , been there a couple of years no sign of rot. They look the same now as the day they came off.
