I agree. Didn't you think taking them off first would've been a better idea? Should've painted the lot and highlighted the writing with black (after carefully masking).

The paint looks matt too - it won't last clean for 5 mins. :(

I know what Craig was going for and they'll look great when they're right. You just need to take a bit more time over it dude. Get them off the car, give them a real good clean and dremmel all the muck off.

I don't know how easy they are to dissasemble but it would be nice to not paint over the screws/nuts.

A good lacquer over the top should see a nice finish too. It rarely goes right first time.

Ignore all their comments, I think the colour is fantastic, did you use caliper paint or just normal paint?

there comments dont bother me, if i like it then thats all that matters, each to there own but i used hammerite m8, comes out really shiney and stands out alot more especially when the wheels r on.

If you like them, then tbh I would care what anyone else reckoned. It would be boring if we all had identical cars:shrug:
