Guest disrupta Posted October 27, 2005 Share Posted October 27, 2005 My mate was caught today driving whilst banned and he was brining £120 worth of coke to us 3 £40 bags, he was arrested for driving whilst banned, and possersion with intest to supply. what will he get roughly, he aint been nicked before for anything and hes 25 any ideas anyone ? You could just get a £100 fine, 6 points, and a year on top of your existing ban. Or possibly if your unlucky 3 months jail time? Hard to say. Charlotte Posted October 27, 2005 Share Posted October 27, 2005 I think..driving whilst disqualified is a minimum of £1000 fine with the posibility of a prison sentence whilst possession of drugs whilst in a car is the minimum of £3000 with a three month prison sentence...Not gospel but i work in a solicitors and we had a case like this recently..
