Supralookin
A freind couldn't e-mail over a movie file as is was too large so we found this programme. Good for huge files: First download the client: http://azureus.sourceforge.net/ The go to Bit Torrent and search for whatever content you want! http://www.bittorrent.com/

Jake
GRRRR! You never bite, do you? Honestly though, most of the guys here are IT pros or experienced software pirates (or both ). I think most of us are familiar with BitTorrents. But, like you said, can't do any harm.

heartworm
I been using this for a while, changed to a wireless network and every tmie I use Azurues I lose my internet connect
milocoon
It has a few useful features like only downloading part of the torrent (eg you can just d/l a sample of a movie to check the quality) but one big disadvantage is that a few trackers like demonoid doen`t have their statistics updated correctlly. The official client is best for "most" people and is also more stable.
UltraFlynn
I'd recommend BitComet. Azureus requires Java and has a large memory footprint. BitComet uses 6% CPU, is very small, very fast and doesn't hang as much as Azureus. It also seems to get me the best download rates and is very easy to use as well.
