terribleturner
Ok i know the rule of thumb of 1cc to 1hp and to help with my J-spec rail i think i'm gonna drop some 650's in. But what sort of bh curve qwill this give me?? as in the highest and lowest bh that these are capable of handaling??

Guest Terry S
that rule of thumbs is based upon a certain fuel pressure mate, and a dangerous game.
terribleturner
Would you think then to Run a T66 or 67 i'd be fine with 650's or should i get slightly higher?? I'm thinking of going with the fuel package you guys do Terry and just want to know about the best injectors for the job.
Guest Terry S
The answer lies it your anticipated Max boost, and how you are going to control them
JohnA
The rule of thumb also assumes a max duty rate (that you may or may not exceed) and a target AFR at full power, which you may or may not adhere to. It's a rough estimate so you don't get it way off, nothing more.
terribleturner
Thanks John
JohnA
In extreme cases, this rule of thumb could lead to over-speccing the injectors by 10-20% (which is no bad thing, just annoying if you realise that you could have kept the stock injectors in place!) For example, if you run lots of water/methanol as I do, you find that the fuelling 'headroom' can be set clearly lower than otherwise.
