Philb
Passenger footwell full of hot sticky water. Car like a sauna. Thankfully caught it before it overheated. I guess its gotta be the heater matrix. And it looks like a pain of a job to get too. Any advice? Radweld got me home and seems to have stopped the problem, but i guess its only temporary. Any help is appreciated

Steve W
I don't know if it's advisable in the Soop, but in just about ANY other car you can just bypass the heater matrix TEMPORARILY just so you can drive about in the meantime ? ? (just connect IN/OUT hoses to Matrix together) At least it 'bypasses' the leak and lets you use the Soop.... [i haven't heard/seen alot of threads about Matrix's... Matrici.... Matrixs' ? ? - I'd like to know as well...for future ref...]

Terminator
The good new is once you have done it, your cart wont leak and your heater will be warmer than everyone elses next winter. In addtiton you will belong to a small elite group of BBS members who have done this task. I think that is about as good as it is going to get.
