Electrical advice for retrofitting retract mirrors - power source/fuse.

So I've got the 2 motor wires in place from the doors to the dash mirror retract switch and I have a location for a ground down in the foot well [G1].

I now need a power source, which I should be able to get from the [1E plug/pin 2/L-R wire] I checked for a 12V source when turned to ACC and I got around 12V, so I just need to splice into it now.

Question is, it runs thru the 15A CIG fuse (most right under driver's side) and I saw a post/pic from evinX where there is a 5A fuse added...

Do I need that 5A fuse if I'm already tapped into the 15A CIG one?

Not got much knowledge of electrics but seem a little low for a fuse for this? The way the manual for those mirrors shows it is Blue/Red wire goes thru that 1E plug Pin 2 and there is a 15A fuse there.

Just wanted to confirm how I should do it?

Ref "JDM" electrical manual P30 & 53.
