supraman.chris
Hi folks! Not posted much in a while but I wondered if there was any recent info/chat/links on where I can get refurb parts for my electric seat as the gear cog has failed? Thanks for your time in advance
TuneR
Are they still available from Toyota? If not surely there is one thats been 3d printed, if not take it to someone to 3d scan and then print.

But, now I remember that after discussing this with TrickTT, we think that the problem comes from the actual motor assembly. The housing on the motor assembly cracks, and therefore the shaft with the cog on never runs straight, you can feel a little give when you move your bum back and forth on the seat. So no matter how many different cogs you buy they wont work, until you replace the housing. That's the theory anyway lol I have bought a new housing, and will fit a new cog at the same time if/when I change it. This is the part I bought: https://www.amayama.com/en/part/toyota/7220514010
