Supra mk4 O/D blinking and not shifting as it should

Hi guys,

Info: Supra mk4 1993 auto N/A Jap spec. 
 

When i drive, sometimes the O/D OFF light wil blink and it would not shift into 2th gear or shift well when full on throttle. Like its stuck in 3th gear. Even when i brake it stays in 3/4 gear and feels lazy (limb mode). Only when i manually shift it wil go in 1st gear. 
But not always and it has nothing to do with the car being hot. Cause sometimes it happens when just leave somewhere and sometimes when I’m driving like over an hour. 

Sometimes it drives like nothings wrong. 
 

I have partially replaced the trans oil, changed ECU, reset ECU. Still did nothing. 
 

will it be the solenoids or someting?

I’m having same issues with auto TT, gearbox doing weird stuff but i can’t find or fix the problem I’ve changed gear boxes, torque converter, with new filter and oil, sent ecu off for repair, swapped ecu over with another but still no joys, it’s definitely an electrical problem than mechanical, someone must know how to fix the problem or what’s causing it
