Has anyone used the SARD Sports Catalyzer?

I have a 1995 RZ-S JDM car (imported to the US) and was looking to replace my OEM downpipe and midpipe while making sure I still had a high-flow cat to cut down on any smell.

Has anyone had any experience with this one? It almost looks like it comes with the 2" 1 bar restrictor ring!

I found it on RHD Japan and Nengun as well. (Part number 89033)

I'm sure I could get the downpipe and midpipe individually and have a high-flow cat welded in, but this piece looked nice and might save some headache. I'm also not sure if I'm fooling myself, but I feel like I could be happy with the "Stage 1 kit" for a little while and this wouldn't be a total waste.

Any help is greatly appreciated. It's a little difficult to get JDM Supra advice in the US.
