rahman
Hi all Anyone running big single on stock viscous fan? My engine bay seems to be scorching hot after 30-40 mins driving. And the car starts misbehaving, spluttering.. I'm wondering if it's due to Lack of cooling. Note: car/engine does NOT overheat or anything. mwilkinson
I never had this problem with single and stock viscous fan. Do you have an uprated oil cooler?
Mike2JZ
I think the real question is how hot is scorching hot? most single turbo setups have really hot engine bays, so if you are driving around in the middle of summer then it’s expected. AC93
I think they're all like that! Everyone I know with a single turbz Supra has heat radiating out the bay. But engine oil/water temps are fine. Even my old TT auto used to get hot hot but engine was a happy bunny
