SIMON LC
Ok. Currently N/A and going Turbo. Decided to get GE VVTI to turbo. I understand a Lexus GS 300 VVTI engine loom is for ECU location in engine bay. Has anybody encountered this and what is the best way round it?have loom made up. Modify a GE loom or modify a Lexus VVTI loom?
AC93
I had my existing Supra loom modified by SRD to include the VVTi bits and to run the other sensors for the build
SIMON LC
So it can be modified? How does it work with the main ECU block Connector?
AC93
Well I went turbo and standalone at the same time, so SRD supplied and fitted my Link ECU which would have been a plug and play?
Mike2JZ
You can use non VVti engine loom with whatever standalone ECU of your choice then add the VVti wiring in an auxiliary loom and connect to ECU that way
